New Delhi should be used as model for the end of the fucking world it's the dirtiest Most unthought out disaster I have ever encountered non the less charming in a survival of the fittest kinda way. IF the dawn of man kind 1930 USA and 1990 USA all Coexisted together at burning man which is now held in china you could get something close.
